The beautifully constructed building boasts 132,000 square feet and will be home to 71 independent apartments with several distinct floor plans available for lease. Convenient safety support bars are available in all apartment bathrooms.

Dining -

Dining is just one of the many services included in the McKenna Village lifestyle package. Our monthly lease package includes two (2) delicious meals per day. Seating is open and our creative menus change with the seasons and include healthy meal choices, traditional comfort foods, and gourmet entrees. But of course, each apartment has a full-sized kitchen for your own private cooking and dining.

Housekeeping -

Weekly housekeeping service includes changing of linens and towels, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping.

Transportation -

McKenna Village offers scheduled transportation at no charge to designated locations around the community. Banking, shopping, medical appointments, and library trips are all included throughout the week. Transportation is also provided to scheduled special events, such as theater, concerts, and outings.

Security -

McKenna Village is pleased to provide a premium, wireless personal emergency system and fire and security system, complete with video monitoring.

Services -

The McKenna Village receptionist staff provides service, information, and a friendly face to greet you throughout your day. A nighttime security team provides eyes and ears for additional safety while you sleep.

Maintenance -

McKenna Village takes care of all maintenance for your private apartment as well as the building and grounds.

Educational Activities -

McKenna Village offers educational lectures, computer classes, and more.

Fitness Activities -

McKenna Village offers a variety of exercise classes.

Art/Culture Activities -

Art classes are held regularly including painting and ceramics. Entertainment and special events including travel to Broadway shows, festivals, and wildlife and historic tours are frequently scheduled.
