McKenna Village offers many apartment style options for residential living.  The quiet, well-designed units allow you to live as you please because your residence is your private haven and retreat.  McKenna Village is an elegant, yet affordable community for active seniors.  Unique to the Texas Hill Country, McKenna Village is nestled in the heart of historic New Braunfels.  McKenna Village is near lush parks, downtown shopping, and the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers.  The 71 unit independent building boasts more than 132,000 square feet and a wide variety of floor plans ranging from 550 square feet to nearly 1,500 square feet. 

Services and Amenities: 

• Dining – Dining is just one of the many services included in the McKenna Village lifestyle package.  Our monthly lease package includes two (2) delicious meals per day, but several other dining options are also available to suit your needs.  Seating is open and our creative menus change with the seasons and include healthy meal choices, traditional comfort foods, and gourmet entrees.  But of course, each apartment has a full-sized kitchen for your own private cooking and dining.
• Housekeeping – Weekly housekeeping service includes changing of the linens and towels, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping.  Each Independent Living Apartment includes a personal washing machine and dryer. 
• Security – McKenna Village is pleased to provide a premium, wireless emergency system and fire and security system. 
• Concierge – The McKenna Village concierge staff provides 24-hour security service, information, and a friendly face to greet you throughout your day. 
  Maintenance – McKenna Village takes care of all maintenance for your private apartment as well as the building and grounds.
• Educational Activities – McKenna Village offers educational lectures, computer classes, and much more.
• Fitness Activities – McKenna Village offers a variety of exercise classes including Tai Chi, stretch and fit, and yoga.
• Art/Cultural Activities – Art classes are held regularly including: painting, pottery, and ceramics.  Entertainment and special events including opera, Broadway shows, festivals, and wildlife and historic tours are frequently scheduled events. 
• Utilities - All utilities are included in the basic monthly rent.  That includes expanded cable television, high speed internet, and telephone with unlimited long distance calling.
• Small pets are welcome.
